Romeo And Juliet Cause And Effect

Most people have read or heard once about the story of Romeo and Juliet. The most known part is when they kill themselves because they couldn’t be together. The two family’s hatred toward each other caused the two to hide their love from each other which ended their lives.The people that caused the events to happen was Juliet's parents. The scene that stands out the most is when the dad and mom tells juliet that she is getting married to Paris. The dad states specifically that she “get thee to church a thursday. He gives her no choice by saying”or never after look me in the face”.Which is saying that they are kicking her from the family.The father is giving her no say in who she marries.After the exchange of words the dad grab juliet and drag her across the floor because of how angry he was at her for not wanting to marry Paris.The mom tried to stop him but he hit her across the face.During this time in the play Juliet couldn’t rely on her father so she need her mom.She yelled at her mom to the delay the wedding later on because of tybalt's death.The mom replies “Talk not to me,for i'll not speak a word.Do as thou wilt,for i done with thee”. What that means is she doesn’t care what Juliet does any more and won’t help her with the wedding.
Now knowing what happened during that scene we will be going over why all that caused the death of the two star crossed lovers.The biggest reason is the dad telling her who she will marry and when it will happen.After that she got the plan to fake her death so she wouldn’t have to marry Paris which her dad was forcing her too.
Another factor is the mother because she abandon her own child.She could have tried harder to persuade Capulet but didn’t and just walked away.She even could have plan something to get here out of the wedding. So with no one helping her she had to go off on her on to try and stop the wedding. The only person she could go to was the priest which then he came up with the plan to fake her
death. We now know the people responsible for the death of Romeo and Juliet was Juliet's parents.The father not giving her a say in her life and who's she marrying. As well as the mom not trying a little to stop or postpone the wedding. All those events that took place in that scene ruined two families and city’s heart.
