What is love? A lot of people associate love with Romeo and Juliet because they killed themselves to be with each other forever. In today's society love does not just happen in a blink of an eye it takes time to love someone. Romeo and Juliet's love story happened in just five days so was it really love? In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare Romeo has a tragic flaw which is his impulsive nature. With this flaw Romeo affected a lot of characters in the play but his choices mostly impacted Juliet and also her choices that she has to make. When Romeo was faced with a problem he would not think of the consequences he would just go with the first solution that came to his head and most of his decisions came with a tragedy. In act 3 scene

    Whenever one is faced with misfortune, the common question that follows is, “How did this happen? Who is at fault?” The same thought process is true of William Shakespeare’s The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet. The play takes place in Verona where Romeo, a Montague, and Juliet, a Capulet, have a love forbidden by their families’ rivalry. Juliet, and the spiritual leader of Verona called Friar Lawrence, make a plan to fake Juliet’s death. This would allow her to escape the feud and be with Romeo, who is banished from Verona for a fight involving his best friend Mercutio and a Capulet by the name of Tybalt.
