He does not move his hands or show them at that. He keeps them by his side and makes facial expressions. The ones that he makes are good in the fact that they make the audience feel like he is connecting with them. The audience that he is talking to is not live, but he is talking through a camera which is similar to the same thing. He gives the speech just like he would if he was in front of a live audience. It makes good eye contact with the camera and it feels like he is looking at them the entire time. He rarely looks down at his notes and that is one thing I like about a speaker. Also, he does not make any gestures. You can see half of his body, but his hands, shoulders, and head hardly makes a move. He is very concentrated on his speech, yet he makes good facial expressions. He uses humor in some instances, but it is just the right amount. In some speeches that I heard before his, they used too much humor and it soon became annoying to listen
