My full name is Rosa Elia Soto Silva. I was born in the settlement of Coalcoman, Michoacan, in the country of Mexico, on the day 05 of January 1975. On October 25 of 1999, I contracted matrimony with the young man Carlos Alvarado Alvarez and on the month of August of 2002 we decided to enter the United States of North America looking for a better level of life.
