R's Silas Robinson Case Summary
R/s on 01/26/2017, Mr. Robinson was released from the Light House in Conway, SC and Crystal brought him to ER on 01/30/17 because Mr. Robinson was noncompliance with taking his medication. R/s LE was called and they are heading to Ms. Robinson’s home.

ALLEGATIONS:
R/s Silas Robinson suffers from psychosis. R/s due to Mr. Robinson history of a stoke he is unable to communicate. R/s Crystal Robinson (daughter) is refusing to pick Mr. Robinson from the ER. R/s Ms. Robinson stated that she unable to care for Mr. Robinson because she has to care for her four children.

    Procedure: Informed witnessed consent was obtained from the patient and placed in chart. Patient was transferred to the angio suite table and placed in supine position. The right groin was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Local anesthetic was infiltrated at the puncture site.
