Rumplestiltskin Compare And Contrast
In your opinion what's your favorite fairy tale? Personally my favorite is the story of Rumplestiltskin. I like the story because I like that Rumplestiltskin is a devious little fellow and he tricks people by pretending to do a favor but he always does a favor for a price and he has a high price for favors. While the characters of Rumplestiltskin and Helen are the same but mom and dad switch roles in the story which makes it have a different perspective, also the setting is similar but the storyline is a bit different which makes it more exciting to finish and find out what happens in the end.

In the remake of Rumplestiltskin there are a lot of similarities such as the characters are the same and the ending, for example the little man in the remake has the

This difference makes the story more intriguing because the story changes a little just by that difference. Another difference between the remake and the original is the ending. The ending in the original is that Helen sends servants to find out Rumplestiltskin’s name and a servant finds out and tells Helen but in the remake Helen is told by an old man that Rumplestiltskin’s name is Winterkölbl, and he leaves her alone. This difference isn’t that different and it kind of confused me but I still enjoyed it. The last difference that I will talk about is that the beginning is different because in the original Helen lives with her dad who gloats in front of the King saying that his daughter can spin straw into gold, but in the remake Helen, who is very lazy, lives with her mom and her mom beat her so Helen ran and cried and the prince noticed her crying and he asked why she was crying which led him to confront her mother who accidentally says that her daughter can spin straw into gold. This difference makes the story a bit different but it still has the same

A second way the two stories were different was in the book, Joetta had no clue about the bombing, while in the movie Joetta knew that a bomb went off in her church. Finally, the two stories were different because in the book, Byron kissed the mirror on the car, but in the movie he kissed a window.…

Old version- This version runs very parallely with the book. This version does not depict Myrtle’s death. One scene is missing that was in the new version, and that is the quote found in the end. This version showed more scenes from the book than the new version. The acting in this movie is slightly below the acting in the new movie,…

The changes in the movie are deeply flamboyant. One of the biggest changes is the main event for the cause of the Salem Trials. In the movie, the audience sees the girls running to the woods very surreptitiously, practicing witchcraft, in the play it was mentioned through dialogue in Act 1. In addition to changes, in the play Reverend Hale states that he signed 72 death warrants, but in the movie he signed 17 death warrants. There was only one deletion that I saw that was very noticeable. In the play when John Proctor was accused, he snached his warrant out of his wife Elizabeth's hand, but in the play he never showed any anger towards Elizabeth. Further…

The goal of the experiment that was conducted was to figure out both the molar concentration of NaOH and the standard mole ratio of the NaOH solution. In order to find the concentration of the NaOH solution, volumetric analysis was used. In volumetric analysis, a titration mechanism was utilized in order to find the reaction that the base will end up having with KHC8H4O4., also known as KHP. Phenolphthalein, which is the indicator that was used in this experiment, assisted in figuring out at exactly what point was there neutralization. The indicator turns the solution into a bright pink color once neutralization has occurred. In experiment 10, the average molarity of NaOH that was found in experiment nine was used in order to find out if the vinegar that was being used in the experiment contained around the same percent mass of acetic acid that is found in regular vinegar. The experimental value of NaOH that was used was 1.0425 grams and the molarity of NaOH was found to be 0.089 m/L of NaOH. Towards the conclusion of the experiment, the average percent mass of acetic acid was calculated and found to be 1.695%. Regular house hold vinegar’s average percent mass of acetic acid usually ranges to 4-5%. Based on the percent mass of acetic acid obtained in the experiment, the vinegar that was used in experiment 10 was clearly not house hold vinegar. The hypothesis for this experiment was, if the average percent mass of acetic acid ranged between 4-5%, then it is house hold vinegar. However, due to the results from the experiments conducted, this hypothesis was rejected.…

William Shakespeare wrote a famous piece called “The Taming of the Shrew” in the late 16th century. In 1999, a modern version of Shakespeare's piece was created into a film called “10 Things I hate About You”. They are obviously both similar due to the fact that “10 Things I Hate About You” was a remake of the original, but they are not completely the same. The modern film version was changed to suit a different audience of the time period and contained more up-to-date features.…

The third and final big difference was Grendel. The poem said that Grendel was a son of Cain. He would attack when everyone was sleeping because people were telling the creation story. In the movie, Grendel was a son of Hrothgar. Grendel attacked during the party because of the praise people would give to Hrothgar. Hollywood did this because they wanted to make them three dimensional, good versus evil. The movie removed references to God and Christianity, so that it would be more favored by the bad guy, Unferth. Hollywood also wanted to make it more appealing to the changing audiences to make them interested in watching it.…

There were three differences in the book and the movie. The book added in the rooster crowing in the background at the end when John was about to be taken to be hung which was very helpful because it showed some different symbols. A difference in the movie was that there were more girls at the beginning casting spells. It wasn't just Abigail and a few of her friends. The movie also includes that Reverend Hale beat Tituba into confessing that she was in the woods conjuring spirits with Abagail. These are a few of the differences I recognized in the movie and book.…

Integrating the arts in the general education classrooms is important. According to Mariko Nobori author of How the Arts Unlock The Door of Learning, integrating the arts increases comprehension and long-term memory. Students are elaborating when they create stories, dramas, draw pictures. Students become occupied with the content they are learning when the arts are integrated. Teaching to contrasting modalities is vital because all students are unique and need to garner new knowledge in multiple ways.…
