Introduction
The topic that I have chosen is “Russia as an attractive market for Wal-Mart: a case study on Wal-Mart”. This work was divided into three parts; there are theoretical part, practical part and conclusion with critical thinking, also I interviewed a several managers in Russia. The theoretical part, where I will describe the approaches to research my dissertation. The next part will consist of discussion on the articles that I had found in terms of the data usefulness, practical aspects. Finally it is my conclusion, where I will give opinion in terms of topic.
Theoretical part
I decided to concentrate on Internet sources and online databases as a main approach of the research, of course I used a “hard copy” books and journals, but it take a lot of time to explore all material. Moreover, my lecture’s notes have supported the structure of work, in order to make logical and understandable topic.
Internet sources and online databases have one main advantage, it can be fresher than hard copy books. It easier to find up-to-date material in Internet and it is more likely available; moreover websites could include video and pictures as well as text. However I had big problem with data, it is often based on what is enjoyed by many people or beneficial.
Swan and Pratt (2003) states that the disadvantages of the Internet sources case study can be connected with movement without quantity examination before use. This is a relevant fact due to internet sources consists of plenty of
