Last Tuesday, 26 March 2013, was our Convening Ceremony, the Naval Command and Staff Course Class 74 (NCSC Cl-74) with RADM JAIME S BERNARDINO AFP as the keynote speaker. I have to agree when he quoted that “Taking up the course is not just for compliance but for the students to learn and increase their knowledge”.
