Teresa thought if she came 15 minutes early in the morning she could leave 15 minutes early in the afternoon. However, Teresa wasn’t aware of that she was not following the center policy. Actually, Teresa broke the center policy about the teacher and child ratio: 1:3 since she left early in the afternoon. If I were the director, I would have acknowledged her efforts to come early in the morning to setting up. However, according to her working schedule, Teresa needs to stay until her shift is over rather than leaving 15 minutes early.
