Student information system has always been a difficult task, but it is more so today than ever before, where administrators uses the traditional way of filing records on a cabinet. As the population of the students goes up, it is becoming more complex. Data should be stored in safer places, and can be retrieved easily and fast when someone needs it. Administrator’s task has becoming more complex, there have been efforts to improve the effectiveness of problems solving central to this are quantitative techniques and electronic devices such as computers. In the field of education, researchers and theorist have focused intensively in recent years on examining the concepts and use of information to assist administrators, teachers, students and parents. The emerging needs in most schools for accurate and relevant data and reliable information strengthen the information system. As of today information technology is the goal of all programmers because it will lead to a better and stable life. 1.1 Background of the Study Blessed Redeemer Christian School located at #81 Sauyo Road, Quezon City. It was established during June 9, 2002. Ms. Teresa Corpus is the owner and at the same time. They come up idea of establishing the institution by her friend who’s working at private school as a teacher, Ms. Salvador which will teach and Ms. Tolentino will manage and. The said place where the school is located was an abandoned dental clinic which has only one room and they decided to make it a school with the name of Blessed Redeemer Christian Learning Center. They promoted the school by using walk in style with hand written flyers,
