The foreseeable benefit would be the fulfillment of needs. As the diversity of population, priority of work and its scope varies considerably, there is always shortage of human resources. Furthermore, globalization has made recruitment process easier throughout the globe either by increasing the efficiency, economical benefits or strong bondage of trust and relations between the nations. Moreover, my focus is health, so healthy people are pioneer need of all organizations. Additionally, studying my course in developed and English native speaking country, Australia, would enhance my English proficiency and promotes me a step ahead to gain knowledge, skills and experiences that might be helpful for my country as well. Consequently, the global independence helps us to acquire the behavior to acknowledge the variability in human beings and foster the development for longevity of the community of either nation. Hence, the trans-cultural exchange of ideas globally, crossing the geographical boundaries, sharing the health related updates, trends and practices would built up more stronger bond between the nations.
