Sarah's scribbles is a comic written by Sarah Andersen, a young American artist. She started making comics when she was in college getting her art degree. She finds inspiration from her daily life, and started making comics as a way to express her feelings. She likes to take her feelings about situations and turn it into joke that's universally relatable for everyone. She depicts universal experiences many women face, covering topics such as: menstruation, capitalism, love, metal health, stereotypical gender norms, etc.

Its appeal is in how relatable her comic is, it speaks to a lot of people in fun light ways about issues that can be emotionally taxing to examine. Because of this her comic has gained a lot of popularity fairly quickly. She allows fans to translate her comics and has big followings in Russia and Spanish speaking nations.
Sarah is abe to depict her dramatic reactions to the frustrating she has had to put up with in her life in her comics. Her character is often shown reacting extremely to situations that in real life, many people accept as normal. Her dramatic reactions perfectly represent how I feel facing issues as a feminist, but still may not react to because I’m expected to accept my situation. It feels almost freeing to see her outrage and seemingly ridiculous issues faced by women
