Savasana Practice In order to write this essay I did corpse pose on my room’s floor for twenty minutes, then took a nap to compare the feelings of each one. First, I lying on the back then spread arms and legs at about forty five degrees, Closed eyes and took deep breath. At the same time you should keep awake and make your whole body relaxed, also pay attention to chest ups and downs alone with each breath. However, it is not just lying and having a rest, I recalled instructor’s instruction in mind that I should experience the heavy and soft for each part of the body. But, I felt hard to follow the instruction, because when I relaxed my eyes and forehead, it was difficult to feel my arms are powerful and heavy. I tried to giving the instructions to my body at the same time but I could not mediate these parts, it seems like they were competed with each other. During the process, I was fully focused on experience my body; however, some noise interrupted my feeling for few seconds. On the contrary, when I having a nap I can take any lying postures I want. In addition, all I have to do is relax my whole body and thinking about noting rather than experience the body. I think through having a nap person may recharge body and reenergize, apparently doing savasana pose is more than relaxing, also helps recognize inner problems and states. That is my understanding for savasana pose. I have no idea whether my understand are correct or not, but I think this practice was not successful and I should practice more.

    Stephen King's "The Body" is a story about four friends who overhear from an older child that a body was hit by a train and is located in the woods. This sparks the interest of the young children and they venture out to experience this dead body first hand. Upon first reading the novel, it seems as though this story is nothing more than a simple journey with jovial experiences and mishaps of four friends. However, after a more thorough analysis, it is clear that Stephen King has attempted to do two things: first, he is making an attempt to narrate his own personal life story and secondly, "The Body" is a story of one's journey from adolescence and innocence to maturity and adulthood. This story was written in the first person point of view which has its benefits and disadvantages. The benefit of being written in first person is that the story becomes more believable and thus King's first attempt at narrating his own personal life is more attainable. However, when writing in first person, it is impossible for the reader to know what is going on in the minds of the other characters. Therefore, King's attempt at telling a story about psychological rather than physical transformations proves to be more difficult.
