The Lord is a very generous and loving God. We, as followers and believers of Christ, should be thankful for everything He does. Many people in the world are not thankful for all the things the Lord does for them. They tend to complain about their life and worry about what they do not have rather than think about all the things they are privileged to have. People worry too much about who has the best phone, or car, or house, etc. and they do not focus on what is really important, which is their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. It is very easy to think of all the things we do not have and be unthankful. We can be jealous and covetous. But the hard thing to do is to remember to thank God for everything He has provided for us and for the wonderful life that He has given us.…

Once we have realized his hand in our lives we can show our thanks by praying and simply saying that we are thankful for his hand in our lives. This not only tells God that we are aware of his help it also helps us to think of even more ways that the lord has helped our lives. For the past four years, I have been heavily involved in the cheerleading team. I have been a member of this squad since our very first practice in the cafeteria. This sport is my passion, and to prove it, I left my position on the volleyball team so that I could 100% dedicate myself to cheer. Dedication is important to me and I have never missed a practice without a doctor’s note. Since I have joined the team, I have not only grown as a skilled cheerleader, but as a person. It has improved my leadership skills and my social skills. I completely believe that I am the most qualified for the position of team captain, and I have many reasons why.…

As far as my personal thinking is concerned, I consider that kind behavior is among the most significant feature a human may possess. It is not that difficult to state a straightforward 'thank you', and even it can genuinely alter the prospect of somebody else's day.
