Scenario Solution
As more and more students drop out of schools is important to put money together in order to open up more programs that will help them gain the educational skills that will ensure that students learn the skills they need to obtain a job and be able to accomplish their tasks successfully. Making this happen will take close attention and a lot of work, understanding, and conversation. To define goals and share achievements as they happen from all teams which include educators, students, and the community. The challenge is to provide high school drop-outs with enough information and help them boost their confidence to find a job.
Designing a new informational program or find the money to run it will be a hard task. Even though it is very hard to design something new, there are several ways to help us achieve it. We can use departmentalization; it will help us divide the work between different departments. Dividing the work will help employees focus on their assign tasks; this will help them avoid being overloaded by other tasks from such a large project. The first step will be to gather a team of employees that are excellent in advertising, this will to ensure that drop-out students will receive the message. After getting the message out, the next step is to get students enrolled. After they are enrolled, it is important to make them aware of the importance of getting educated to obtain a respectable job. High school drop-outs are hard to motivate since they can’t see the value of getting educated. It is imperative that we compose a team of people that will ensure that they understand the importance of finishing their education and the great benefits this will bring. A departmental approach suffers from disadvantages as well. A disadvantage this approach has is that as students move on they might feel confident enough with the person they had been working and
