Screen printing and digital printing are two different ways of printing on to a t-shirt. Custom made t-shirts are great! Why choose screen printing, its higher quality and you have more options as far as art work. Digital printing is faster and cheaper, but not as much detail as screen printing.
Screen printing is higher quality and last a very long time. Screen printing is better quality because the ink gets deeply absorbed. If you would like more than twenty shirts, you would want screen printing. It cost more because they are more work involved. You have more options as far as picking art to go on your t-shirt. The color will be what you picked and you can get better detail on a shirt by screen printing.
