- Sea bass has grown significantly in popularity over recent years with chefs and home cooks.
-It is a versatile saltwater fish that can be prepared in different ways such as baking, grilling, braising and more.
-The flesh of the fish has a juicy texture and in addition to this, the part of the allure of sea bass is its attractive silver skin which cooks perfectly and looks stunning on the plate.
-Sea bass is a good source of low-fat protein and magnesium.
