Second Agricultural Revolution In Western Europe
In Western Europe, 1600 C.E (common era), the second agricultural revolution led to urbanization, and by the 1800’s, urbanization spread throughout North America.

During the second agricultural revolution in Western Europe (1600 C.E), 84% of the people were peasants and this meant that the rate of urbanization increased rapidly, due to new methods of farming such as: crop rotations and better horse collars.

By using these new methods for agricultural needs, it meant that people could grow and harvest crops more efficiently than the first agricultural revolution. Because human beings were working more efficiently by the second agricultural revolution, it indicates that more food stock (fruits, vegetable, meat, et cetera) were available, leading
