The title is Getting into the Groove: The Benefits of Dance, which implies that it will list the extensive health benefits of dance in the fitness aspect. I chose this article because I choose to spend my time at the gym dancing, as I feel it helps my flexibility and stamina along with being a great calorie burner, but what I read was not at all what I expected to read, nor wanted to read. Yeager mentioned boosted bone strength, which was news to me, but her other points seemed obvious and unnecessary.
