So, whether it was with breakfast, lunch dinner, or even random times throughout the day. After that, I began to drink a bottle of water every night before I went to sleep and one when I woke up in the morning. Each morning, I would pack four bottles of water with me each day. Then I would make myself drink 1 every 2 or 3 hours. With the water aspect, I also came up with a work-out schedule for myself. I decided that I would go to the rec 3 times a week. Monday mornings at 7am, Wednesday afternoons at 4pm, and Friday evenings. I picked days when I had the freest time. Each day I went to the rec, it was for 1 hour. My body is stronger than I thought! I was able to see my body respond to my decision. I learned that I need to be more cautious of the things I put in my body. Also that working out is not a bad for my body. For years I was scared to start working out. I saw a different in my body and my attitude. I found a joy that I lost a while back. I learned that it is mind over matter. My body would respond positively if I was mentally strong enough to follow through. Drinking water and working out proved to be a great change in my life. I was two weeks able to become one with my mind, body, and spirit. I think that in this time frame, I was able to set a new lifestyle change that I will implement in my daily routine now.
