Assisting the Head Teacher with managing the school day-to-day.
Deputising in event of absence or urgent business.
Support the headteacher and governors in annual budget planning and monitoring

Contribute to the development of policy and planning for the school. (school timetable, planning of teaching groups, deployment of staff, school homework policy, planning staff development programmes)

Undertake the normal responsibilities of a class teacher
Be a member of the senior leadership team
Assist the headteacher in leading and managing the school
Undertake such duties as are delegated by the headteacher
Play a major role in formulating and reviewing the school improvement and the aims and objectives of the school
