Completeness:
When you first go to Babysam.dk it gives you a simple overview and a pop out, talking about how you feel. This is taking into consideration the need of the customer (mindset), the site also provides fast and easy information for the customer, and if that is not enough, they offer help by call or online chat, to answer question about the products, which enhances the company’s image.
Conciseness:
As we said before, the first thing you see when you go onto the website is a short message about everything on the site. However, there is also the opportunity to read a more detailed description about the different products and possibilities. which is good because, most people buying the products that babysam offers are consideration buys, so in this age where it´s easy to compare prices and get information, sites needs to offer the long definition aswell as the short and to the point.
Consideration:
We think that BabySam understands their costumers well, because the offer all the care and guidance. We can conclude this by the different events and different forms of service they offer. Also the fact that you have to have some kind of experience to apply for a job there. You also get reminded all over that they can guide and help you, the keep stressing that they offer you that service, so new moms as well can get the help they need. You can also see this in their setup of their stores, they are made to fit the customer.
Clarity:
We think that BabySam does what it can here, it uses a simple yet modern interface. BabySam also splits up the different categories to make it easier to find the type of items you want, and also to see other thing you did not think you needed or excited. This is good because it can help increase the sales of first time and repeat customers. This combined with the smooth colors is the same as in the stores. They use a white background and small colors to go with it, to make them stand out, the use the same technique in

at caught my attention the most out of this aisle was the “Baby Newborn” doll because of how real the baby doll is compared to a real baby. On the back of the box it says, “Without you, Baby Newborn could not survive. Through your love and support, Baby Newborn can grow up to be just like you.” Already, this doll and that message, tells young girls that they are able to provide and take care of a baby on their own, even though the “Baby Newborn” doll is just automated. To take care of the “Baby Newborn” doll, you must the importance to always look good. Also, toys such as, “Super Hair Creations,” “Glamour Girl Set,” Manicure Mania,” and “Scent Salon Beauty,” also, stresses the importance of beauty, along with the “Barbie” dolls. These toys teach girls at a young age that obsessing over the way you look is important and what society only may seem to accept. As blinded young girls may be by the stereotypes these objects are teaching, by growing up, it will stick in a girls mind cognitively and mentally the stress and importance of beauty that these toys create.…

The service is delightful. The door greeters are usually extra friendly. I have even had a buggy pusher help me put groceries in my car. Sometimes if the buggy guys see you putting groceries in your car, he will come over to you and get the buggy so you don’t have to take it back. This is really helpful for me because I have two kids. The sales associates are so helpful. If you can’t find what you’re looking for or maybe you don’t know what you’re looking for, there are always plenty of sales associates around to help. Even when it’s time to check out, the cashiers are very pleasant.…

In the birthing center there is various equipment to be found, for both the wellbeing of the baby and the mother..
