Sharon's Correctional Approach
The second loop of learning involve understanding the value, beliefs and assumptions people hold about why the occur and effective ways to intervene for less effective behaviour, Sharon ultimate objective is to ensure that effective services are delivered for community that uses the centre in accordance with the organisation policies and procedure. To be effective, Sharon need to challenge the organisation policies, Sharon need to focus on the relationship between the staff, service users, the tasks to meet the organisation mission and goals and constant assessment of whether policies and procedure continue to meet the organisation mission and goals (Burgess 2006; Collins,2005).
Feedback loop: Once Sharon has implemented the objective, she must monitor the objective to determine the extent to which the objectives are actually been achieved and to what degree is been sustained. However when information and knowledge is

It involves supporting people to become critical, creative, liberated and active participants, enabling them to take more control over their lives, their communities and their environment (CDNOS, 2009). If Sharon tells her staffs about the importance of community empowerment, is to be able to link with the community, which is one of the key thing in the organisation they are working in is to be able to link with the community, however maybe Eddy is not linking with the people in the community, that is now affecting the number of the people coming to the centre. Training is also a way Sharon can empower her staff, she need to know what training is available for the skill, for someone like Eddy he might need to learn how to use computer, because everything is been done on the computer now and he might not be that good with the computer, this might be the reason he has not been able to get
