Teachers and students both are the main part of the school. School doesn’t work the either ways. Teachers make us study and improve, while we implement it. Teachers grade us on our basic skills as well as the way we study and improve. But what if the teacher is not capable enough to do so? We should get a chance to grade them too. Almost all schools doesn’t encourage this kind of grading, or maybe none does. According to me this type of grading should be taken into account.
Teachers should be graded on their teaching skill, behaviour in class and the interaction level with the students. What if the teacher is very strict and over rules the children or a single child? The child has to remain quiet and keep on facing it, as he doesn’t have any right to oppose him or make him realise, that what he/she is doing is wrong. The grading of the teachers would help the school to understand the children’s problem. If the teacher is not making the students study up to the mark, they have no options other than implementing by self.
This kind of problems arise in all the schools but no schools try to solve it or make a better way. If all the schools would help the students this way, the students would love learning as well as will like to interact with the teachers.
All the grades given to the teachers should be taken into account and should be checked by the higher authorities. If this happen then all schools would have students who would be more then happy as the teachers will try to adjust according to them. But as this happens, the students should not feel over confident or get a little attitude, as the school is providing them with grade giving system, its for their own good.
The teachers should not feel offended too as this is happening for their own good and it will help them teach the students better. It will also improve the education system. Soon all the schools will have this kind of grading system and will make a better education system in the country.
Lets raise our voices on behalf of all the students and get this grading system into account and help benefit the education system as well as the students and the teachers.

In my career as a student I have come across some teachers who were awful at their job. These teachers could not keep control of their class or they just didn’t have effective methods of teaching. Though I have had some bad experiences with my teachers in the past, I have had many more teachers who really cared about their students and did an amazing job at making their course enjoyable as well as educational. I don’t think it’s fair that students have to be lucky enough to have great teachers. Amazing teachers should be guaranteed to all students. The only way to fulfill this guarantee is to carry out proper teacher evaluation. Michelle Rhee’s method had to do with student test scores. In Geoffrey Canada’s article on teacher accountability, he writes that at his schools, teachers are evaluated through performance data of students. He also uses student progress as an evaluation tool and that he keeps an eye on the dedication of staff to their students. I believe this method is more effective for it shows if a teacher is educating their students rather than just preparing them for the big standardized…

We all know that teacher’s performance is not 100 percent positive correlation with student’s performance. There is always going to be a student that just doesn't care about school, this person will not try regardless of the teacher's efforts. There will also be student who simply won't be able to understand the material. Try as they might, the teacher might just not be able to make the information understandable for some students. What’s more, if teachers judged by students performance, they may only use their time and energy to teach smart students and ignore the students who traditionally score low. According to the survey of Washington post, responded by more than 1250 teachers among the USA, more than 70% teacher claimed that they will prefer to teach students who easier to get good grade if their performance is only based on students’ test score. Teachers should be rate by the academic quality, teaching skills and classroom…

It is a common perception that better education outcomes are achieved through higher-quality teachers. Teacher evaluation measures in education are different at secondary and post secondary levels. Authors argue that these measures can be influenced impacting actual student learning. At secondary and elementary level, teachers usually teach with the focus on ‘test’ and in postsecondary level, professors can reduce academic curriculum to enhance student evaluation or in some circumstances can even directly inflate the grades. The moot question then remains how the teacher evaluation measures can impact the desired outcomes of students learning.…

Teachers are trusted with one of the most important jobs in America. Parents send their children to school so that they can receive a proper education and decide what they want to be in the future. Many teachers go above and beyond to help their students with school work, but there are some teachers who are there just to receive a check. These teachers should be eliminated from the school system by allowing students to evaluate them. Students should be allowed to grade their teachers because their teaching methods should be effective, because their attitudes affect students, and because the amount of time spent teaching is important.…

I reckon that children should not grade their teachers because of how they might grade them very feebly.Students often give voice that they don’t like their teacher because they’re mean and bossy,so that can probably be how they will grade their teachers.. For instance,Students do not have the maturity to grade their teachers. Some bad students will probably give their teachers low scores, and some student may not care whether or not they get graded. This would result in a Voluntary Response Bias. I understand that the students have the experience, however they should not grade their own teachers, especially when the students are receiving mediocre/bad grades.…

The first significant cause is the attention from teachers is not equal to different grade students. Small class had origin in early years. Follow the increasing of population, small size class has become bigger. Recent research reveals that there were 50~60 students in one class, but just one or two teachers advise class. It means that one teacher just pay a little patient for each student in presentation, speech, question, and homework. Thus, many teachers pay more attention on students who have prefect grade and ignore students who have a low grade. It is not equal to low grade students because they pay same tuition and fee to school also study hard..…

Requiring students to evaluate their teachers helps the leaders of the schools not only to scrutinize the qualities of teaching but also to know more about the relationship between teachers and students. By judging from the students’ comments on their teachers, the leaders of a school will be aware of how the students feel about their teachers. For instance, when a student complains about how a teacher treats him and his friends in a class, the principal will know more about the social life of that teacher; therefore he can help the teacher to improve it. So, allowing the students to evaluate their teachers brings about one more benefit: inform the leaders of the school of the real relationship between teachers and students.…

From personal experience, I can say that the faculty enjoys immense discretionary powers and most of the times; the impressions are what weigh more than the actual performance. With the exception of a handful of instructors, the majority does not even make an effort to explain the grading system or give feedbacks on individual performances. Students on the other hand are expected to fulfill every criterion which the teachers lay out. Ironically the entire grading system is supposed to follow statistics [read objective measurement] but the faculty relies on its subjective assessment while grading and makes no effort [openly so] to objectify it.…

First, the students should be allowed to grade the teachers to help them to know their weaknesses. Most of teachers like the grade because it will tell them how much they need to eliminate their weakness. For instance, the grade will let the teachers indicate the topics, which he needs to be aware of it. Moreover, the grade will concentrate on the gaps between the students and the teachers. Some teachers do not pay attention to the gaps that occur in class, and if it is not treated well, it will extend more and more, and then will affect in the entire studying climate. For example, if the teachers don’t listen to their students’ suggestions, the students will not respect teacher classes. And then the teachers will lose the control of their classes. Thus, the grade should be allowed to pay the teachers attention to avoid their weaknesses.…
