For years Immigrants have came to America undocumented and have kids on American soil so that the child will remain an American citizen and can not be deported. This is however a common misconception among American citizens as the child only meets half of the quota for the Fourteenth Amendment as the children are not under American jurisdiction and are not Americans. Undocumented immigrants when they get jobs in America through false documentation some business hire them they know they are undocumented and chose to pay them anyway and because they are not under American jurisdiction so they don't have to be paid as much as an American citizen. This puts many American citizen out of a good job and cause a huge unemployment issue in America. Not only are the citizens of America being treated unfairly but so are the undocumented immigrants as they are not receiving fair pay.
I feel that Undocumented immigrants that are in America should be prep and learn to get visa so that they can become American citizen. They are not following the Fourteenth Amendment and need to have full understanding of it. They also should get documentation so that they can be paired fairly. If we wish to fully be done this situation we can only educate ourselves to prevent these
