Why We Should Be Deported
nt, Barack Obama once said- “ For more than 200 years, our tradition of welcoming immigrants from around the world has given us a tremendous advantage over other nations. It’s kept us youthful, dynamic, and entrepreneurial.” America is the melting pot of the world full of diversity and curiosity. After all, America is a nation of immigrants, which at some point all had one goal in life in which was to make it to the land of opportunities. America is referred to the land of opportunities for one reason and that is because it offers those with dreams opportunities to pursue them. Many of these people come to the United States to make a better life for their families and even themselves. So why should they be living in constant fear of being deported if they haven't committed a crime or even possess a criminal record. Immigrants with no criminal record or serious offenses should be allowed to work …show more content…
Although others believe that because they entered this country without proper authorization they should be denied the privilege to reside in America but what they fail to acknowledge are the reasons as to why they left their homeland in the first place.
President Obama said his immigration plan is about “deporting felons, not families.” The reason why many of these people decide to come to America is to be able to improve their life financially in order to provide their loved ones with a life of happiness and not a life of constant pain and suffering. So why should they continue to live in angst if all they have done is try to improve not only their life but that of their family. To innocent people is accused unjustly of they are criminals but it is not true and the justice decided sent to this people to our countries. ”As a result , immigrants were perceived as potential threats to national security.” It for me is ironic and don't be a cause to the deportation the justice should look for more proof to judge to someone and not accuse without a relevant motive. The deportation should be take like a crime and no take the devotion of sent to the people to our countries.…

This country and the land we stand on was built by the sweat tears and blood of Immigrants, we are a land of immigrants and in no way shape of form should we deter; let alone deport hard working, “dreamers” that want nothing more than to contribute to this country in exchange for a better life, sharing the same exact dream as our ancestors. The dream has never changed but a select number of individuals have forgotten what it is that makes America special, it’s our mission as a society to not only remind them but also secure that “dream” for future generations of ambitious youth.…

For years Immigrants have came to America undocumented and have kids on American soil so that the child will remain an American citizen and can not be deported. This is however a common misconception among American citizens as the child only meets half of the quota for the Fourteenth Amendment as the children are not under American jurisdiction and are not Americans. Now I do not believe the family should be deported but should instead be prep to learn how to get a visa however those who have broken American law can't get one so by law they must be deported.…

Imagine living in the U.S. as an illegal immigrant with a nice family and a job then BANG! That person does one small thing wrong he, or she could get deported from their families and anything they ever worked for just because they didn’t have a green card. secondly In the U.S. there are many illegal immigrants being deported from their families and losing everything just because becoming a U.S. citizen is a lot harder then some people would think. In summary illegal immigrants should be able to stay in the U.S. because it is inhumane to deport these individuals from their families, across the U.S. undocumented workers perform a critical role in U.S. Economy; lastly, amnesty is not the best solution to our immigration problem but it is the only reasonable solution.…

have an ambition to better myself. I and my family left Mexico because we were tired of living in poverty we came here to succeed and not to take no one’s job. There are plenty of jobs out here but no one is willing to do them except whom, undocumented immigrants. Many people procrastinate, but yet when have you seen someone else work in the fields, be a janitor, or housekeeper. The fresh fruits and vegetables that most have in their table were picked by whom? Illegal immigrants. They are jobs nobody else wants to take because it has to do a lot with social class status. From my own experience I know what it feels to be brought down, to have people closed doors on you, and also to have no rights. It is the worst feeling because that’s why you escaped your country looking for a…

Since President Donald Trump’s presidency, many immigrants are being deported due to not being citizens or being illegal citizens. It’s truly unfair as many are trying to seek for a better place to live in, that is the United States of America. The immigrants are being taken away from their families whom some may be legal citizens and are not even criminals at all. Most immigrants are not criminals, so it’s questionable why they are being deported. There should be more sanctuary places like the one the women who is wanted to be deported is in. It’s a safe place and the immigrants should feel like that everywhere else because it is a free country. What to do during deportation is to do it nicely. Immigrants are harshly being dragged away by…

As I was driving on the 405 freeway on my way home with my father in the passenger seat, I decided to turn on the radio. I tuned the radio to the local news broadcast. On the radio, there was a story about a muslim captain in the U.S army. This seemed a little unusual because you don't hear about muslims in a good light from the media most of the time. As my father and I were listening to the broadcast, we found out that the muslim captain had sacrificed himself for his squadron. Captain Humayun Khan was patrolling a guard post and he saw a suspicious vehicle approaching. He then ordered his squadron to stay back while he inspected the vehicle alone. A short moment later, an explosion catches everyone's attention. The suspicious vehicle was being driven by suicide bombers. This resulted in the tragic death of Captain Humayun Khan. The captain was was awarded the Bronze Star Medal and Purple Heart after his death.…

National Issues Forums mentions that each year an average of about one millions immigrants are admitted into the United States as permanent residents. There are about hundred thousand people on long term temporary visas, mostly foreign students, guest workers, and cultural exchange visitors. On the other hand there’s an estimated 11.1 million immigrants now live in America without legal papers. Cost and benefits are always debated. Although I agree with option one “Welcome New Arrivals” because I believe that’s what makes America great for freedom. Also American dream comes from combination of diverse culture. Doesn’t matter where you come from or what you look like, you should receive the same opportunities as others. But then again I believe it should…

With immigration on the rise, have we stopped to think who were letting into our country? While helping our fellow human beings is nice, we need to stop and think what ideas and customs their bringing into our country. While not all immigrants are intolerant and hateful, some can bring in ideas of sexism, homophobia, misogyny, and intolerance. For this reason is why we should set up a tolerance test to all immigrants who come into our country to test and see if they can fit and adhere to our beliefs and customs for the better of our people, and anyone who fails would to be put into tolerance training to be properly accustomed to the beliefs of our country and if they were to not comply then they would not be able to enter our country.…

Even though there are some bad apples most of the illegal immigrants that live here are nothing but hard working people, people who want succeed. Even though these people come to this country to work American citizens feel threaten. They believe that illegal immigrants take away their jobs, but in reality illegal immigrants do the jobs that nobody else wants to do. Yes immigrants should be allowed to come to the United States without legal documentation because they work hard, bring new talents, and Americans think that immigrants cause problems , but immigrants are not bringing any problems to the U.S.…

    Argument For Immigration

The native americans were the ones that owned this land hundreds of years ago; they had lived here within a community for years. The english/european started to travel to this “new world” for new opportunities and chances to make a better living. They thought of this as a great chance to build their own home, have new acres of land, to make an impact in their society. This started to happen because in Europe the population was so big that the second children and third and fourth of the family would not receive anything so they sought an opertuniy in this country. Which makes one relate to the fact, that if all these europeans could migrate to the new world for better opportunities, why cant people of current times to do the same. Thats the whole point isn't it? The search for better opportunities (#theamericandream). To invent, to create, to design, to make money these are all factors of illegal immigration being brought here. For example in my parents native land (Colombia) the drug war between the Cali cartel and the Medellin Cartel had become very dangerous for my grandfather who was a politician had to flee the country for safety of the family. Of course they had come here with the propper paperwork, but after you stay here over certain time they had become an illgal immgrant and to tell you the truth from a child’s point of view it is very difficult to deal with. Thankfully now my whole family are citizens or residents in this country but it comes with a price and hard work. But the outcome was that my father is safe, my father is healthy, my father has a good job, and he’s living the american dream to some extent. The way we could process illegal immigrants instead of deporting them all at once is seeing if they came here with the proper paperwork, no crimes, and motive to stay here. But of course all this requires…
