1. Problem Identification
As for an international student or recent graduate, a dream job would be located in a preferable city with well-paying salary, a comfortable working environment and plenty of opportunities for growth. However, reality is often different from ideal. Thus, the news concerning labor shortage and skills mismatch are filled in the workplace of Canada as the case says. As Krystal (2012) said “Building a career often means considering job opportunities in other cities”. In this case, should I consider relocating to other cities for my dream job?

Strengths
First of all, in general, the salary of the job in remote areas is higher than that in local place. For example, according to indeed website (2013), in 2012, the average annual salary of an accounting manager in Winnipeg, Manitoba was $58,000, which was apparently higher than that of the same position in Toronto, Ontario which was $43,000. Secondly, relocating to remote cities can provide a sharp decrease in living expense. For instance, based on Salary Expert website (2013), people would need around $5,020.91 in Toronto to maintain the same standard of life that they can have with $4,000.00 in Winnipeg (assuming the rent in both cities). Moreover, some companies in rural areas will offer a monthly living allowance to appeal talents to join in.
Weaknesses
On one hand, relocating to a new place, especially which is totally different from the cities where you lived in before, means you have to make an effort to start with a new chapter and adapt to everything from the beginning, such as local
