Even Samuel L Jackson blames the reasoning for the bill not passing on allowing robots to be in America to patrol the country on the “President being persuaded by bias media.” Meanwhile the entire film Jacksons character is completely and painfully obvious wanting to allow robots to be in America as part of the police force.
