The government is the most important part of any system and country, without it who would be enforcing all the laws and regulations. In capitalistic countries, the government tries to combat market inequities through taxations, regulations, and subsidies. Governments may also intervene to enforce economic fairness, to correct market failures and to protect the welfare of the people. In a communist system, there is no such thing. The government does not intervene because it doesn’t need to; it is in control of everything. It intervenes though in a way that it helps allocate resources and determine prices. From another governmental view, there exists the case of politics in each system. Unlike capitalism, communism is based on the advocating of the application of socio-economic principles of communism through the state policy. In other words, communism is an ideology of economic equality through the elimination of private property. The beliefs of communism, most famously expressed by Karl Marx (1843), center on the idea that inequality and suffering result from capitalism. Communists argue that the role of the state in a capitalist society is to defend the interests of the bourgeoisie. These governments take actions to implement such things as unified national markets, national currencies, and customs
