Cuba however, is progressively aiming to adapt to the global economy and steer away from being a more closed off nation that it was long ago, by utilizing the internet, IT, and its connection to the U.S. Moreover, it also exports a number of goods, and receives imports as well, like most countries do. Thus, from this, we can see that both countries are improving their global relations and adapting in the global economy through the amount of trade they do, as well as the number of deals and partnerships they have with other countries. However, Cuba differs from Canada as it is less connected to the rest of the world through its limited internet access which it’s improving bit by bit.
