Decisions are just a part of life that we all participate in; all those silly little decisions that we make affect not only our life but the lives of those around us. When we are making some of those decisions we don't even consider that they could cause our lives to self destruct. In the moment they seem so simple and insignificant. Those simple decisions have a greater power than we could have ever imagined. They have the power turn the tide and make waves in our life; throwing us off course to another destiny. Simple decisions like deciding to go to a party you weren't invited to can have an effect on your life. If you don't believe me just ask Romeo; when Romeo crashed the Capulets party he basically botched his whole life. To Romeo it was just a simple and insignificant decision; all he wanted to do was so his so called “love” Rosaline. It was this simple decision that lead to a whole string of bad decisions. Without this miniscule decision Romeo could have completely avoided murder charges, banishment, and lastly
When the party at the Capulet's house was over Romeo was leaving the party, and there was a moment where he had to decide if he was just going to keep walking home or stop and find Juliet so he could profess his love for her. We all know that Romeo decided to go and find Juliet and profess his undying love for her. However, had he decided to think rationally and go home and consider his options his life might have turned out differently. The time to think could have helped him to realize that all he was feeling was a chemical attraction to Juliet because so was “pretty”. He basically fell in love with her face and not with her heart, but that's a discussion for another time. Life will give us a chance to correct the bad decisions we make but if we don't take that chance our lives will continue on there no stop path to hitting a
