What are the main intellectual skills that social workers should be equipped with to exercise a professional judgement in working with uncertainties. All have been intended to led to more efficient and more flexible assessment processes (Munro and Lushey, 2012), and to address the government's concerns about problematic and poor assessment practice in children's sector.
