Sociology And Symbolic Interaction
Symbolic interaction moves towards sociologists to examine the symbols and everyday living shows how society interact with each other. "Symbolic interactions approaches are based on a micro-level analysis, which focuses on small group rather than on large scale social system" (pg. 25, Kendal). Symbolic Interventionist is in our everyday use. We all interact with other people daily. We also attach meanings to symbols, and then we act according to their subjective interpretation of these symbols. Engaging in conversation is an interaction symbols between individuals in society who constantly interpret the world around them. I agree when they refer that we as individuals connect meanings with symbols and act on our feelings as we please. Religion
