Once conference room is quite a bit larger than the other. This room will be used for video and in person conferences, large staff meetings, litigation preparation, and any other function requiring a large table with ten of chairs. The table and chairs will be chose based on function and cost. A large, white, dry erase board will be installed on one of the narrow walls, at a short end of the table. This board will also double as a projector screen, for future uses. A phone with teleconferencing abilities will also be installed. The smaller conference room should be big enough for a small round table and four chairs. This room will be used for client intakes, interviews, and a general business area for clients to attend to private phone calls/conversations. These little things can be achieved in the break room. By creating an oasis, of sorts, from the stressful work environment, employees are able to refocus on their work, increasing efficiency. The break room will consist of a small refrigerator, small table with four comfortable chairs, microwave, single serve coffee pot, water cooler, sink, and cabinetry to house various kitchen materials. This room will be painted somewhat differently to show differentiation among the rest of the suite (Demers, n.d.). On the wall opposite the kitchen appliances will be floor to ceiling a sand color bamboo flooring. The remaining walls will be painted the same sea blue color as the reception accent wall. A seascape backsplash tile will be installed behind the sink for ease of cleaning. A large bowl of fresh fruit will be maintained on the table as to promote healthy snacking for employees, which will also improve work product (Demers, n.d.).
