I, Suraj Sharma believe MBA is not just a degree but a platform to learn many a tips and tricks and also to generate ideas with structured thoughts to go about it. And studying for an MBA requires a certain determination and strength of character. Why I would say so? Because in recent years, the business world has become rapidly integrated across borders and anyone with his sights set firmly on the global platform should have an international perspective and be aware of the realities of different international markets.
In that sense, having a management background both academically and professionally (as I was involved in some managerial job in some corporate house during my bachelor time) which has exposed me to different continents, peoples, cultures, and languages. As a native of Nepal which is part of the low growing South Asian market, I am familiar with the increasingly important markets of this region, and as such I am thoroughly prepared for the demands and challenges presented by undertaking study in the MBA program at Tribhuvan University
My education till now has given the perfect set up to understand and learn to focus on solutions and not get bogged down by challenges. For my bachelor’s degree, I had decided to pursue a course in bachelors in business studies,(BBS) having finance as my major subject under T.U affiliation Management, I choose this subject for bachelors degree because I want to want to set my career as chartered accountant for this reason I left my native nation and move toward New Delhi where I began my studies of chartered accountancy but as I was continuing my studies of chartered accountancy I never find myself as a guy for chartered accountancy degree because I always use to have my interest in the field of marketing and management and after the completion of one and half year course of chartered accountancy I finally made up my mind to give up my chartered accountancy course and decided to come back here in Nepal. Once I came back to Nepal quitting my chartered accountancy course I began to search for the universities which provides me the degree of MBA then I find Tribhuvan university and Pokhara University providing good MBA courses along with Kathmandu university. I had keen interest for Kathmandu university degree and I tried there for my admission but got failure then as an old and most reputed university I choose Tribhuvan University and I should thank god that I got admission in the MBA program of such a reputed university.
My graduate coursework at the university focused on management marketing, accounting, and various aspects of tourism and the hotel industry. I aim to receive broad business-based education which made me realize the scope of customer centric approach as it is paramount in the service industry. The course taught me the nuances especially when dealing with people from other cultures and languages on a daily basis. As a result, I am confident in my ability to adapt to environment and join MBA program.
After the graduation, it was a steep learning curve in the real world environment and rapidly growing domestic hotel industry through which I learned to utilize my skills learnt in undergraduate course. I began working in the Marketing Department of one of the famous advertising agency where I learned how to control costs, devise marketing strategies, and develop lasting relationships with customers and clients . I am currently working as the client service executive in this company, responsible for the development of overseas client and client satisfaction and also analyses of client services being provided.. The shape and size of the service industry has changed a lot in the last couple of years and I was there in the middle of it learning several things at a time. But I feel that the next logical destination on my path is TU MBA program developing markets of my native country in Asia. The curriculum of TU MBA program is similar to that which I studied previously, yet it is much more challenging and will allow me to develop my abilities further. I already have a some background in various aspects of business, from marketing and management to accounting and sales. Because of this, I feel I am uniquely qualified to graduate from TU MBA program.
Once I finish this course in management, I plan to return to the booming service industry in my country and apply what I learn in MBA program to the benefit of the company. Within five years after graduating, I expect to have developed a successful career that I can be proud of. I believe that my past records show a steady yet rapid progression through the business world, and I am eager to continue that progression by enrolling in TU MBA program.’

The MBA continues to signify to employers a knowledge of core business subjects and an ability to handle complex management issues.…

← “Femininity and masculinity - or one's gender identity - refers to the degree to which persons see themselves as masculine or feminine given what it means to be a man or woman in society. Femininity and masculinity are rooted in the social (one's gender) rather than the biological (one's sex). Societal members decide what being male or female means (e.g., dominant or passive, brave or emotional), and males will generally respond by defining themselves as masculine while females will generally define themselves as feminine. Because these are social definitions, however, it is possible for one to be female and see herself as masculine or male and see himself as feminine.”…
