• Experience as a school psychologist, program specialist, administrator, or special education teacher.
• Must contain knowledge regarding the field of special education, behavior interventions, performance standards, and moderate severe programs.
• Credential: Valid California teaching credential authorizing services in Special Education or valid Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychologist.

The interview will consist of a panel of professionals embedded within the field of special education and employees of San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD). The structured interview will consist of five open-ended questions seeking to illuminate knowledge of special education, efficient curricula, leadership skills, effective communication skills, management, and critical thinking abilities.
