Kyphosis is most common in older woman while it can still occur at any age and to anybody. Postural problems are a huge issue with this disorder, shoulder blades are seen to be higher than one another as well as waist and hips. In elders, kyphosis often occurs after osteoporosis weakens the spinal bones to where they crack and compress. In infants and adults, malformation of the spine is commonly seen. Kyphosis does not typically cause back pain unless doing physical activity or standing for long periods of time. The appearance of lordosis includes having a swayback with the buttocks being more pronounces and having large gap between lower back and floor while lying on the ground. Usually results in back pain and discomfort. Treatment may include medication to relieve pain and swelling, exercise, wearing a back brace, weight loss and
