The interview was about approximately 30 minutes; however, there were few barriers noted during completion of spiritual assessment. First issue was the time management which indicates that nurses has lack of time in hospital to complete spiritual assessment thoroughly because it would be great challenge for them. In this situation, the organization should have questionnaire of spiritual assessment to provide for each patient during admission and nurses can review it with them.
