Sports Injury Research Paper
Sport injuries are universal and can be commonly found everywhere. These injuries can include a concussion, bone fractures or strains on muscles. Often, these injuries can be minor; however, these injuries contain the chance to be more serious and dangerous. Prevention of the sports injuries is the best way of combating it. Nerves located outside the brain and spine are less protected and are subject to injury during competitive sports causing this loss in memory and concentration. Altogether, sports injuries have the dangerous ability to disorient and permanently damage.
Sports injuries have varying effects ranging from minor and temporary damage to the fatal, permanent damage that can occur. Concussions, for example, have various levels of severity. Sadness, irritability,

There are two types of nerves, motor nerves, and sensory nerves. Motor nerves carry messages from the brain to muscles to create movement. Sensory nerves are responsible for sending messages to the brain from different parts of the body to inform of pain, pressure, and temperature. Sport injuries can cause nerves to become damaged causing a loss of feeling, or muscle soreness, which can become more serious depending on the severity of the injury.
Overall, sport injuries, although common, have the potential to be dangerous. The many varying affects of sport injuries can cause a wide range of injuries, each with a unique severity. Sports injuries can be prevented through the use of warmups and cooling down after exercising or participating in a sport. Nerves send messages to the brain containing information relating to where pain is located, and this helps determine where pain is not found, which helps find overworked muscles and bones. Sport injuries should not be taken lightly and should be supervised with caution, although common in today's
