In this task I am going to be writing a business report regarding Carlsberg and Capital Foods showing the different types of stakeholders, which include within the two organisations. It will show how the stakeholders influence within the two businesses, and how they set their own objectives towards the companies.
CARLSBERG
Customers
Customers are the people who buy the products and sell them, or use them. Carlsberg have a large number of customers across the country. They target certain people such as adults, and tourists because they are over 18, and they are the people who drink their products such as the beer, and spirits. They reach their customers by opening certain branches in different types of locations in the country.
Employees
Employees are the people who work within the company, and do different type of work. The staffs at Carlsberg influences the business by operating in different types of departments, other staff will be operating in the factory, and others within the office. They have around 41,400 employees globally. Carlsberg may also have other staffs, which is not included such as drivers, guards, and cleaners.
Suppliers
Suppliers are those who provide raw materials to the company to produce the product. Carlsberg have suppliers, which provide them raw materials such as glass bottles, bottle tops, and chemicals to make the products.
Owners/Shareholders
Owners are the people who own and run the company; it can be a sole trader or a partnership. Carlsberg is a public limited company, which has limited liability, and shares can be sold. There are a number of investors in Carlsberg who have invested money into Carlsberg.
The Government
The government are the people who look after businesses, and make sure they help the economy; reducing unemployment can do it. The government will want to have an interest in the business because it is
