In the past few years, India has been getting ready to become one of the strongest economies in the world. The current slogan `India Shining’ adopted by one of the country’s political parties, is most apt in business. With liberalization, the country has seen tremendous growth. Multinationals have poured in bringing with them, huge opportunity and most importantly, optimism for the future. The feel good factor is upon us, and I, as an Indian, revel in the new business avenues being thrown open for generation next. I started my education by schooling at St. Lawrence High School, one of Mumbai’s most prestigious schools where the bar for educational achievement was set high, but the importance of a well-rounded personality was equally important. I took my S.S.C degree from the same school with a first class after which I pursued my H.S.C from The Bombay Suburban Grain Dealer’s Junior College Of Commerce, Arts & Science and now I am pursuing my Graduation (B.B.A) from The Indira College of Commerce and Science (affiliated to Pune University) in pursuit of a college degree. Outstanding academic performance in my school and college, active participation in academic as well as extra-curricular activities and work experience have helped me to develop strong quantitative and analytical abilities and good leadership and communication skills. These abilities have prepared me to handle complex problems and have given me confidence to pursue post graduate studies. During the three years of my undergraduate studies I interacted with students from different states, varied cultural and social backgrounds. Working with these students on group assignments, presentations, food festivals and other events taught me to be more tolerant, open minded and empathetic. It improved my communication skills and made me a better team player. Many of my courses and research activities in the final year are in the field of Management, Marketing, Project Report,
