My name is Abhishek Ranganathan. I pursued my undergraduate studies in Computer Sciences and Engineering at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, India. I am planning to pursue my higher education and I really hope to get enrolled into the Masters program, for the term starting September 2013. In the following paragraphs I have summarized my educational background, motivation for graduate study and my areas of Interest.
Starting off with my academics, I completed my schooling in Jnana Teja English School, Mathikere, Bangalore. My school helped me develop better in the field of science, right from initial stages, with different techno fests, science expos and I have secured 82% marks in 10th standard. I secures 60% (59.66)in pre-university examination since my health was not good during the final examinations. I almost threw up in the exam hall and my concentration was totally on making sure that I wont threw up there and disturb others.
Later I joined my engineering course in computer science. Unfortunately, I started developing migraine symptoms. Initially, the doctors could not identify the cause and just told me to take nutritious food and exercise a bit. But the symptoms only aggravated and I could just pass all the papers. It became worse later. I used to be so tired always and used to lie down the moment I came back from college. I felt weakness in my upper limbs, lost appetite and my grades started sinking. I could not cope up and lost some subjects.
In fact, my doctor Dr Madan advised me to take bed rest for a faster recovery and told that attending the classes without energy and concentration will not yield any results. Fortunately, that time the college was closed for holidays.Though I was still tired when the college
