Stebens affected Mason City in a good way because it states here in “A Brief History Of The Stebens Children’s Theatre” that “Stebens Children’s Theatre employs five people ( one full-time, three part-time) on its permanent staff, hires community artist for special projects and uses more than 200 volunteers filling more than 11,000 hours per year.” That means that Stebens opened a lot of volunteering for people and also opened a few jobs to people.
