Stephenie Meyer Quotes
Author John Green said,“...leaving feels good and pure only when you leave something important, something that mattered to you. Pulling life out by the roots. But you can't do that until your life has grown roots.” The quote was said on October 16th, 2008. Meaning that if someone is afraid of leaving someone or something they gotta be strong and if they grow then the people surrounding will grow with whoever leaves and they will be on their side 100%.Throughout this story about who compares to the quote, i've chosen three important people to me. They have gone through some problems with life and they soon get over it with them and they they pulled out and are very happy with the decisions they made. One person that has lived by this quote is Stephenie Meyer. Stephenie Meyer was never a lazy person when it came to family but she was just really lazy at the time. she says “Though i had a million things to do, i just layed in bed, thinking about a dream.” Meyer) By Stephenie being lazy and not caring she would soon have to be strong and get up and go on with her life even though she doesn't want to she has to because if she wants to go and get her dream to be a reality she's going to have to try harder. She lived by this quote when she would have to go to signings or her office and work on books. She says that when she was in bed thinking about her dream when she had so much to do she just layed there thinking about what to do, she got up and had a strange idea to go write about the dream she had a previous night. “I Invented the plot during the day through swim lessons and potty training, and wrote it out late at night when the house was quiet, three months later i finished my first novel; Twilight.”(Meyer) This quotes means she would still be with kids for now but she didn't even have a lot of time to do what she

Another reason is that this quote is really important to the military families because you have/had members in the military so you know how it feels to be left by someone you love and when they come back it's the best feeling in the world to that someone you love is happy doing what they love. The last reason that this quote is important for young adults is that to just be happy no matter what, do what you want to do, if you have an outrageous dream, go and try your hardest for that dream to come true and if it does you can finally say that after this whole time of growing and being pulled out by the roots it finally worked

This story makes me think about how believing in yourself and working hard can basically help you achieve any goals you have in mind. Jake Cullen had stopped believing in himself for a brief period of time in the beginning of the book. He thought he had no chance of becoming the first string quarterback for Granger High. He kept getting down on himself for worthless thing like overthrowing a ball to Calvin, there #1 receiver, in one of Jake’s first practices. He continued to get down on himself until Coach Jessup, the offensive coordinator, helped him by having one-on-one sessions with Jake after practices. Coach Jessup would help him with his throws and tell him valuable things like “Be Jake Cullen, not Wyatt Cullen,” and “The #1 thing you need to remember is, as long as you believe in yourself, you can do anything.” After about a week or two into these practices with his coach, Jake had already changed, not only with his throws, but with his…

The quote I have chosen is, “Success consists of going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm”. This is one of Winston Churchill's most well known quotes. This quote was said during his reign as the Prime Minister of Great Britain. It is unknown as to where this quote came from but I found it to be very captivating. I feel like Churchill is trying to get the point across that in life it is normal to not be perfect. Everyone makes mistakes and each failure shapes you as a person. Churchill is saying that if you put your mistakes in the past without changing who you are, it makes you stronger and more successful than someone who fails to do so. Being afraid of failure gets you nowhere in life so Churchill is stating that everyone should strive with great enthusiasm in order to be their best self.…

    1. ” ’But the Director’s old; lots of people are old; they’re not like that.’ ‘That’s because we don’t allow them to be like that. We preserve them from diseases. We keep their internal secretions artificially balanced at a youthful equilibrium...’“ (Huxley 110-111). In this excerpt it can be determined that Lenina is incapable of acknowledging the fact that people can appear physically aged. This is due to the reason that the World State does not allow it to happen through a series of scientific methods, which is meant to benefit the society.…

Edward Yashinsky was a Yiddish poet of the early 20th century. While enduring the pains of the Communist concentration he was forced into, he was inspired to write the quote that was previously mentioned. become a person of value”. ~Albert Einstein.Veterans are not just men and women who went to war. Veterans are the cause, we live in a safe country they are the cause, we walk on the sidewalk laughing and enjoying what life brings us. But the question in my mind is we laugh, play, and learn, what about Veterans they don’t laugh, they cry they don’t play they fight they don’t learn they die. We are not grateful we don’t respect the lives we live in every day. But that's not the point, we don’t even remember the reason we laugh, play and learn, if I were to tell you the number of people who died for us to have a bright future those numbers won’t matter the thoughts will. When I think about Veterans day I think about people who came back from the war and live a happy life, but I was wrong after learning the truth. Veterans day was the day we respect what we lose but even more we respect what we gained. That is what Veterans day means to me.…

During World War II, Oskar Schindler stood up to the Nazi party in Krakow, Poland by using false labor records and pleading with Nazi leaders, so they would not send his Jewish factory workers to concentration camps.
