Introduction
It is very important for an organization to maintain competitive advantage for the existence of business. External environment factors are always composite in every point of view. As a result it is significant for the organizations to accept the task of introducing new systems into the quickly changing macro environments (Burt et al 2006), for meeting these changes and to keep up the effectiveness, the change should start within the organization.
Change Management
Change is very important to an organization, since the external environment pressures are changing day by day(Cesnovar2003). In order to manage and cope up with these changes they have to implement different types of change management processes and stabilize their position in the dynamic macro environments. What is more important is to design the change management process so they can effectively gain the expected returns from the change and respond to the external pressures more efficiently and effectively (Friedl and Biloslavo 2009).
Types of Changes There are two types of major changes which can happen within an organization. The change can be evolutionary and revolutionary (Harsh, 2008). Evolutionary changes happen at slower phase, it takes time to for this type of changes to happen, because they need to convince the people within the organization, this type of change faces less resistance it happen slowly and incrementally. The major benefits associated with this type of changes are people within the organization get easily adapted to
