I always thought I was just an over thinker and worrier, but it turns out those things can be positive because they help me can difficult decisions and accurately follow directions. Perhaps I need to work on how I deliver those strengths to others instead of just seeming like a non-spontaneous over thinker. All my strengths that I got on the assessment, definitely show me that I am an introvert and that perhaps I need to be more vocal about why I do the things I do or why it seems that I’m always daydreaming.
To fully apply the knowledge of my strengths I need to break my barrier of procrastination and excuses in order to fully reach my potential. I am a deliberative person so making big decisions can take me longer than the average person, so it takes me a while to actually ever start anything because I deliberate for a long time. Think that in order to cut down on that time I’m going to start planning things out on paper and rationally look at the consequences of my possible actions and see what is the best way to proceed.
During my college career, I plan on fully engaging my strengths in any and all assignments, projects, and anything else I participate
