In the article there’s a quote that says "people with a strong sense of meaning and purpose in life experience greater happiness and fewer psychological problems." This made me think about how much I need to appreciate my life and how important it is to choose a career that a like that I know I will enjoy working. Finding my identity can be easy if I find the people I like to work with and the type of environment I enjoys being. I notice that I like working with children when I did my gross age class. Every day I was exited to go to the elementary school to help kids and I enjoyed every minute with them. After that experience I decided to find a career that involves children, because I know they're people that I enjoy working with. My culture leads me to find my self- efficacy because I grew up in a family that was always there for me and support me to be a positive person. I believe that I have the ability to do many things and I also have skills that will help people in the future. In my group of friends, I'm the person that they come to for advice or to talk about their problems. It comes to me naturally helping others, and I think is one of my skill and abilities I have that makes me happy.
