Felizardo C. Lipana National High School is a secondary school located in Guiguinto, Bulacan. It caters more than 2,000 students every year with 65 faculty members. The Felizardo C. Lipana National High School is a public high school, it runs under the supervision of the government and the Department of Education. The class is hold every Mondays to Fridays and starts from 7:40 in the morning until 4’o clock in the afternoon. There are 47 sections all in all: thirteen sections in the first year (Grade 7), twelve sections in the second year, eleven sections in the third year and eleven sections in the fourth year. For every section there are estimated 60 students under a supervision of an adviser. The students have 8 different subjects to tackle every day.
And due to the accessibility of FCLNHS to other schools in the province of Bulacan, it becomes a frequent host of division and even regional trainings/ workshops and competitions.
There are two computer laboratory rooms in FCLNHS. Each laboratory room has twelve computers that are connected to a network and in to the internet. All the computers are running Windows XP Operating System and equipped with MS Office and Adobe Photoshop for computer subjects. There are other eight computers: the three are placed at the principal’s office, another three computers in the coordinator’s room and the other two are in the registrar’s office.
In the year 1970, Don Felizardo C. Lipana and Kapitan del Bario Melquiades B. Juan thought of a secondary school that would cater to the students of Sta. Rita. Their noble objective gained support from then Gat. Mayor Domingo Gonzales and Congressman Teodulo Natividad, thus, the birth of Sta. Rita Barangay High School.
It started with only a handful of students and one full- time teacher. The school was managed by the elementary school principal who acted as assistant principal for high school. In no time, the student population multiplied and so
