The interview was conducted on February 17th by the two assistant principals of Laurel Ridge Mrs. Luersen and Ms Pryor. The interview included a total of 9 questions including 2 question about instructional planning, one question about instructional delivery, one question about student learning and assessment and two questions about learning environment, as well as one about professionalism and a closure and intro question about why you as an individual are the best fit for this school. The interviewer should make connection specifically to the school he or she applies to. Furthermore it would have been beneficial to be knowledgeable about county wide programs, apparently there are two kind of programs in regards of scheduling the county follows. Another point that was brought to my attention by the two assistant principles is the time factor, be precise and informative, however keep it short. Interviews are usually conducted within a 30 minutes time frame, so that gives you about 3 minutes per questions. Another point that was made and was pointed out to me in a positive manner; school and administration like it when teachers are familiar with adapted PE protocols such as IEPs as well as adapted lesson planning. This is furthermore something our program taught/incorporates in detail, which furthermore helped me to answer the question not only appropriately but further in detail. On a personal note I find it important to leave a personal note during the interview, meaning reveal your personality and make it a personal

I interviewed my sociology instructor Chelsea Bullard; she is a red head and has a very bubbly personality. In class she smiles and laughs frequently. Interviewing her was interesting because she is a grad student and has been in school for seven years and has two- three more years to go. Her experiences can be helpful for people that are undecided about their major. Declaring a major can be very scary. It’s normal for college students to find a new passion while in college straying from their intended major.…

Andre, a socially mobile 2010 graduate of Wellborn University, has been enjoying a successful software sales career in New York City. When I arrived, I stepped out of my car for Andre to help me park (raised in Arizona, my parallel parking skills are null). He happily greeted me as he took my keys and moved my driver’s seat all the way back. Being well over 6’ tall, he towered over me. On our way to his apartment building he expressed his excitement for my association with Lori before directing me to stop in my tracks and look ahead. In front of me was an unobstructed view of The Statue of Liberty. He gleefully told me that the view from the apartment’s patio was one of the best in the city. I interviewed him in the lobby of his posh apartment…

There are one hundred and ninety six different countries in the world. There are thousands of ethnic groups among these countries. Within all of the diverse places we are all similar because we are all human. We have the same wants and same needs; the only thing that makes us different is the location we originated. Here in the United States, Americans, whether realizing it or not, consider themselves higher in status. Even though they are diverse within themselves, the whole is considered the superior people by not only themselves but by surrounding countries as well. They have first-rate justice systems, improved living situations, high-class transportation, finer luxuries, and enhanced overall lifestyles. My college English class was informed that we must interview an international student to discuss their opinions about the U.S., and it was an exciting topic to conceive.…
