Stuffie 1.0 Purpose of the Study
The main purpose of our group assignment is to reflect the real life situation of TGV branch cinema in Sunway Pyramid, after that we're try to solve the problem of the queuing time of TGV cinema in Sunway Pyramid during the peak hours such as weekend and public holiday through the Simul8 model. The target of this modeling the TGV cinema Sunway Pyramid is to determine the number of counters operates and the service time to ensure that the 95% of the customers will finish the services of purchase movie ticket no more than 11 minutes, we're not able to confirm that 100% of customers will enjoy the changed, because the real life situation was unpredictable therefore we could only try our best to solve the problems as well as we can.

2.0 Description of Problem
The problem of TGV cinema branch of Sunway Pyramid is the movie ticket purchase time is too long during the peak hours in Saturday and Sunday cause the long queue in the cinema hall, a lot of customers are go into the TGV Sunway Pyramid cinema but the queuing time and services time are still stuck there therefore cause the cinema crowded by customers. Based on our data collection, some of the customers need to wait more than 27 minutes to get their turn during peak hours. As a result, inthis study that Simul8 software is proposed in order to reduce the phenomena of crowded at TGV branch cinema in Sunway Pyramid during peak hours. Refer to the data collected, the average time of end of the services for customer is 24 minutes, which is a big challenge for customer's patience, it may make customers feel weary and frustrated while they come with happy. The table below showed that the customer's queuing time in average 20 to 25 minutes.

Graph 1 below showed the TGV branch cinema currently have four normal counters deal with normal customers who did not pre-book through TGV official website
